Network and security profiles, location hierarchy, access accounts, inventory, alarms and firmware updates for the managed fleet.
Technical support
Advanced diagnostics on the platform and escalation to NetExperience when the cause is firmware or the platform. Level 1 support is provided by whoever supplied and installed the equipment.

Cloud Wi-Fi management platform built on the open TIP OpenWiFi standard. It is where policy is defined, the fleet is provisioned and blocking shows up.
Ring Zero Networks
Inspection engine that runs in the device kernel. Brazilian technology born at LabLua at PUC-Rio in 2008 and selected in 2024 for OpenRAN@Brasil, coordinated by RNP and CPQD.
Padtec
Brazilian manufacturer listed on B3 and commercial partner of Dominus. It supplies the Edgecore access points with the gateway built in.
